By booking or receiving services from ProSkin Aesthetics, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services

  • ProSkin provides aesthetic & wellness services, including but not limited to facials, chemical peels, injectables, laser treatments, and related skincare services, as well as HRT, functional medicine, and medical weight management.

  • All treatments are performed by licensed professionals.

  • Results may vary and are not guaranteed.

2. Appointment Booking & Cancellations

  • Appointments can be booked online, via phone, or in person.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee of 50% of the appointment.

  • ProSkin may reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Payments & Refunds

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

  • Refunds for services rendered are not available, except where required by law.

  • Promotions, packages, and gift cards are non-refundable unless stated.

4. Health & Safety

  • Clients must disclose medical conditions, medications, allergies, or skin sensitivities before treatment.

  • Certain services may be declined if unsafe for the client.

  • Minor adverse effects (irritation, swelling, bruising) may occur; you release ProSkin from liability for these outcomes.

5. Communications & SMS Messaging

  • By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages, appointment reminders, and marketing communications from ProSkin.

  • Message frequency may vary. Message & data rates may apply.

  • You can opt-out at any time by replying STOP or contacting us directly.

6. Privacy

  • Personal and health information is collected in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

  • Information is used to provide services, process payments, send reminders, and send marketing communications.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProSkin is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to services.

  • Direct liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of IOWA.

  • Any disputes will first attempt to be resolved through negotiation, and if unresolved, may be submitted to binding arbitration.

9. Acceptance

By booking or receiving services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
